Materials and raw materials
The impact of the textile industry on the climate is significant. That is why we have chosen to replace conventional materials in our clothing with recycled or organic materials. Research shows that the impact of these materials on the climate is lower, and these results are also clearly visible in the LCAs (life cycle assessments) that we prepare. Of course, we take care to maintain the quality, resistance of the materials and the lifespan.
We strive to use these preferred materials, such as recycled polyester and organic cotton, as much as possible.
Organic Cotton

Organic cotton is grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, which is better for the soil and the environment. It therefore does not contain chemicals that can remain in conventional cotton, where it is healthier for our skin. It feels nice and allows air to pass through well. We consciously choose organic cotton because it is good for YOU, but also for our planet!
Recycled Polyester

Choosing recycled PET has several advantages that are both ecological and economical. Recycled PET retains many of the beneficial properties of new polyester, such as strength, durability and elasticity. This makes it a reliable choice for all types of clothing, whether sportswear or casual wear. Its use contributes to a circular economy, in which materials are continually reused instead of being thrown away.
Fair Trade Cotton

Fair Trade cotton is cotton that is produced in accordance with the strict standards of Fairtrade International, meaning that it reduces the impact on the environment but also aims to improve the living and working conditions of cotton farmers and their communities in developing countries. Our Cottover collection uses this cotton.
